All successfully placed orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). You will also receive an email confirmation with the order details.

If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam filter or contact us via WhatsApp (Bottom-right button) or email (info@genixcarbon.com) for confirmation. You will receive another email notification together with the tracking number when your order has been shipped / fulfilled. 

Pre-fulfillment phase:

1. For in stock items - After you have placed an order, we will conduct final quality inspections before your item is sorted, packed & dispatched (Fulfilled).

2. Handmade to order items - After you have placed an order, we will start production your custom-made order & conduct final quality inspections when your item is completed. After passing the quality check, it will be sorted, packed & dispatched (Fulfilled).

Please note that the production process takes approximately 4 to 5 weeks to complete as all our steering wheels are hand-made with attention to care & quality. We sincerely appreciate your patience during this period.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped. Please review & ensure that you have entered the correct address.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you have provided.

Exceptions:
Pending Payments - Some payments made via PayPal come through as an E-Cheque, meaning the payment will take a few days to clear, these orders are not processed for shipping until the payment status is marked as “paid”.

Additional fees/charges:
We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees & custom fees associated with your order.

Genix Carbon has no control over these taxes & cannot advise you on the cost, as customs laws & import levies vary greatly between countries. Please contact your local customs office for current import charges before placing your order to confirm your local taxes & duties. Rest assured that Genix Carbon will be in communication with you & is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.
