How It's Done

1. Order Process

On the product page, select the options you want.

At the end of the options, let us know your exact car model, year made & provide a picture of your current steering wheel.

This is to ensure your custom-made steering wheel will be 100% fitting & compatible with your car without any complications.

2. Production Process

The production process takes approximately 2-3 weeks to complete as all our steering wheels are hand-made with attention to care & quality. We sincerely appreciate your patience during this period.

At this stage, any requests made to change options are subject to your steering wheel production stage.

Please ensure the options selected are confirmed & finalized before you purchase it.

Stage 1:

Molding & Shape Adjustment

The original steering materials are removed to start molding the new steering shape according to your selected specifications.

Stage 2:

Carbon Fibre Application

A layer of authentic carbon fibre of your choice will be infused onto the surface with the mixure of resin to bond.

Stage 3:

Resin Application & Sanding

A layer of resin will be applied onto the carbon fibre & sanding will be done to ensure a smooth finish. This process is repeated 3 times to ensure sufficient thickness for an even finishing at the end.

Stage 4:

Clear Coat & Polishing

Once the carbon fibre & resin has fully dried & infused, 2 layers of clear coating will be applied onto the carbon fibre. It is then finished up with multiple rounds of polishing until the surface is even, clear, & smooth.

Stage 5:

Side Grip Material Application

Finally, the material for your side grips are sewed on with your specified material, stitching style, & colour.

3. Shipping Process

Worldwide Express Shipping by FedEx / DHL / UPS

Once your steering wheel is completed, we will provide you with photos to verify your custom specifications are correct. We will also conduct final quality inspections to ensure it is free of any defects. It will then be sorted, packed & dispatched.

You will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information once your steering wheel has been dispatched. You can also check for order updates in your Members Hub under "Order History".

Shipping will usually take 5-10 business days. For more details, please refer to our shipping policy.
