Warranty Policy
At Genix Carbon, we’re not just passionate about cars — we’re committed to excellence. Every product we create is a testament to our dedication to quality, performance, & innovation. We take pride in our craftsmanship & stand behind the quality of all our products with confidence.
All our products are covered under our warranty for 12 months from the time of purchase.
For products that are no longer covered under warranty, repair services may be available at a cost. Please contact our customer service for more information.
Warranty covers:
• Defects in workmanship & materials under normal use such as malfunction, structural defect, or integrated components such as LED modules, magnetic mechanisms & electronics.
Warranty do not cover:
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse or abuse.
• Normal wear & tear, including cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc).
• Damage resulting from accidents, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.
Limitations:
This warranty is non-transferable & applies only to the original purchaser. It is limited to products purchased directly from Genix Carbon or an authorized dealer. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Shall our product fail under the inclusions of our warranty coverage within the stated period, Genix Carbon will repair or replace the defective product.
Warranty claim process:
1. Contact us
If you encounter any issues with our product, please contact us via WhatsApp (Bottom-right button) or e-mail us (info@genixcarbon.com) with your order number. Items sent back to us without requesting first will not be accepted.
2. Evaluation
Our team will evaluate your claim & may request additional information.
If a return is necessary, the shipment must be prepaid & insured against loss or damage with a tracking number. All returns made must also include the following inside the box:
- Purchase invoice
- Full name
- Phone number
- Shipping address
We will send you an e-mail once your return has been received & inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item.
3. Resolution
Upon verification of the defect, and that the product is accepted for the claim, the shipping charges incurred will be compensated. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product and have it sent back to you without any charges.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is used in accordance with all instructions and guidelines provided by Genix Carbon. Failure to do so may void this warranty.
Refund Policy
We accept returns up to 7 days from the time of successful delivery, only if the item is unused, in its original condition & packaging.
Return and refund is not acceptable if found:
• Signs of installation, misuse or abuse.
• Normal wear & tear, including cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc).
• Damage resulting from accidents, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.

We address these returns on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

3. Resolution
Upon verification and inspection of the returned product. If your return has been approved, the refund will be processed & a credit will be made to your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 business days. All refunds are subjected to a 30% restocking fee + the shipping cost of the product back to our warehouse.
